Composite Production Technician

We are looking for a Composite Production Technician to join our growing manufacturing team and support the production of advanced composite components for UAVs and aerospace systems.

If you have strong hands-on skills, attention to detail, and experience working with materials or mechanical craftwork, this role could be a great fit. Key Responsibilities

• Produce composite parts according to technical instructions
• Prepare molds and composite materials for manufacturing
• Perform material cutting, layup, and vacuum bagging
• Operate curing processes such as ovens or autoclaves
• Demold finished composite components
• Maintain tools, workspace, and workshop equipment
• Track working hours per work order and support daily production reporting
• Follow instructions from supervisors and team leaders
• Ensure compliance with HSE and company safety standards

Required Qualifications ✔ Secondary education

✔ 1–3 years of experience in composite preparation or similar production environments

✔ Experience In Mechanical Or Craft-related Work Such As

• Car foiling
• Tailoring
• Mold making
• Mechanical assembly

✔ Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail

Technical Skills

• Material cutting and layup techniques
• Vacuum bagging and preparation for curing
• Demolding composite parts
• Use of tools such as rollers, scissors, cutters
