Key Responsibilities

Assist landlords in leasing residential and commercial properties

Manage and follow up on leasing inquiries and leads

Conduct property viewings with prospective tenants

Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants

Negotiate lease agreements and rental terms

Achieve monthly leasing targets and performance goals

Maintain accurate property and client records

Stay informed about Abu Dhabi rental market trends and pricing

Requirements

Previous experience in real estate leasing or property rental is preferred

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Ability to achieve targets and close leasing transactions

Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset

Excellent customer service and relationship management skills

Knowledge of Abu Dhabi real estate market is an advantage

UAE Driving License and own vehicle preferred

Own visa is preferred in the role
