About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and driven Real Estate Agent – Sales & Leasing to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 months of hands-on experience in the Abu Dhabi real estate market and a strong understanding of local property trends, regulations, and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage property sales and leasing transactions from listing to closing

Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities

Conduct property viewings and client meetings

Negotiate offers between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Abu Dhabi real estate laws and market trends

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Achieve monthly sales and leasing targets

Requirements :

Minimum 3 months experience in Abu Dhabi real estate market (mandatory)

Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills

Valid UAE driving license (preferred)

Presentable, professional, and target-driven

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Multilingual candidates are a plus
