Job description

We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Legal & PRO Officer to join our team.

KEY RESPONSIBILTIES:

Legal & Compliance

  • Review, prepare, and coordinate contracts, agreements, MOUs, NDAs, tenancy documents, and other legal documentation.
  • Ensure company activities and documentation comply with applicable UAE laws and regulations.
  • Coordinate with external lawyers and legal consultants on corporate, employment, real estate, and commercial matters.
  • Maintain accurate records of contracts, licenses, legal documents, and regulatory correspondence.
  • Support management with legal research and preparation of legal documents when required.
  • Monitor regulatory changes that may affect the company's real estate operations.
  • Assist with dispute documentation, claims, notices, and correspondence when required.

PRO & Government Relations

  • Manage all Public Relations Officer (PRO) activities and government transactions.
  • Handle visa, work permit, Emirates ID, labor, immigration, and related employee documentation.
  • Manage company trade license renewals, establishment cards, registrations, and government approvals.
  • Coordinate with relevant UAE government departments and authorities.
  • Process new employee visas, renewals, cancellations, amendments, and related requirements.
  • Ensure all company and employee government documents are renewed within required deadlines.
  • Maintain organized records of government applications, approvals, licenses, and certificates.
  • Represent the company professionally when dealing with government authorities and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in Legal, PRO, Government Relations, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of UAE government procedures and employment/immigration processes.
  • Experience in the UAE real estate sector is highly preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Arabic language skills are an advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and confidence dealing with government authorities and senior management.
  • Valid UAE driver's license is an advantage.
