Marine Safety Assistant Technician

Job Summary:

As a Service Technician, you are responsible for the high-quality installation, maintenance, and repair of Survitec products. You balance technical expertise with a safety-first mindset, ensuring all work meets regulatory standards while actively contributing to process improvements and a positive team culture.

Candidates without relevant technical diplomas or certificates and a strong willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Execution: Deliver high-quality maintenance, inspections, and emergency repairs according to standard routines and performance metrics.
• Customer Excellence: Act as a professional brand ambassador, using product expertise to resolve technical queries and customer needs.
• Compliance & Safety: Strictly follow HSE policies and regulatory codes; identify risks to ensure a safe working environment for all.
• Operational Support: Manage schedules with leadership, maintain accurate stock records, and assist in testing new products or complex systems.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify process inefficiencies, participate in root-cause problem solving, and implement standardized toolkits.
• Professional Development: Proactively expand technical competencies across multiple product lines through ongoing training and coaching.

Shift Details: Includes regular shifts on Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.
Rest Days: Two scheduled rest day per week.

Pay: $2,800.00 - $5,000.00 per month
