Production Supervisor

Job Summary

We're hiring a food manufacturing production supervisor to lead a production team, manage schedules, ensure quality standards, and maintain machinery for smooth factory operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise production workers to ensure smooth and efficient factory operations
• Plan, organize, and monitor daily production schedules and manpower allocation to meet production targets
• Train new factory workers to develop competence in assigned tasks and improve team performance
• Collaborate with the Quality Control department to maintain and enhance product quality standards
• Analyze production data to identify issues and implement solutions to optimize manufacturing processes
• Prepare production and ISO compliance reports accurately and timely
• Inspect finished products regularly to verify adherence to established quality standards
• Oversee maintenance work and schedule to ensure machinery remains in good working condition

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum Diploma in Business, Engineering, or equivalent
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in machinery or manufacturing environments
• Proven managerial or supervisory experience in a factory setting
• Sound knowledge of industry-specific factory equipment
• Effective communication skills

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience with ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP will be an advantage

Pay: $3,600.00 - $4,500.00 per month
