  • Plan, coordinate, and execute application deployments, software releases, mass data uploads, and data-mutation activities.
  • Verify rollout schedules, deployment outcomes, system readiness, and post-release stability.
  • Develop reusable, reliable, and secure automation components that improve deployment speed, consistency, and traceability.
  • Integrate automation solutions with CI/CD pipelines and source-control platforms.
  • Support the adoption of infrastructure-as-code practices across on-premises and cloud environments.
  • Plan and execute major software upgrades, technology migrations, and enterprise rollouts with minimal business disruption.

Application and Infrastructure Support* Provide second- and third-level support for complex application and infrastructure incidents.

  • Participate in incident, problem, change, and release-management processes.
  • Maintain operational stability while meeting agreed service levels and business-continuity requirements.

Security and Vulnerability Management* Identify, assess, prioritize, and remediate vulnerabilities across applications, infrastructure, and deployment pipelines.

  • Design and implement remediation solutions aligned with internal security policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Respond promptly to critical vulnerabilities and coordinate immediate mitigation activities to protect systems and data.
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, application, and risk teams to track and report vulnerability-management activities.
  • Maintain accurate evidence and documentation to support governance, compliance, and audit requirements.
  • Stay informed about emerging threats, vulnerabilities, security practices, and regulatory developments relevant to the technology landscape.

Monitoring and Observability* Use monitoring and observability platforms such as Grafana, BigPanda, and Splunk to track system health, application performance, incidents, and deployment activity.

  • Configure and maintain dashboards, alerts, and operational reports to enable the timely detection of anomalies and service degradation.
  • Analyze monitoring data to identify trends, recurring issues, capacity concerns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Integrate monitoring, alerting, and validation controls into deployment and automation workflows.
  • Collaborate with operational and engineering teams to improve system visibility and incident response.

Data Management and Reporting* Write, review, troubleshoot, and optimize Microsoft SQL queries.

  • Perform controlled data uploads, updates, and mutations in accordance with change-management and data-governance requirements.
  • Analyze operational and application data to generate reports, metrics, and statistics for technical and business stakeholders.
  • Ensure data-related activities are validated, traceable, and appropriately documented.

Collaboration and Governance* Work closely with engineers, developers, product managers, designers, testers, security specialists, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and coordinate delivery.

  • Participate in technical projects, roadmap planning, architectural discussions, and the integration of new technologies and applications.
  • Produce and maintain deployment procedures, automation documentation, runbooks, support guides, and technical standards.
