Responsibilities

• Payment Terms Reconciliation
  • Compare supplier payment terms in SAP against contractual agreements and identify discrepancies across relevant organizational levels.
• Data Quality Management
  • Support SAP payment terms corrections, maintain reconciliation records, and monitor recurring data quality issues for improvement.
• Payment Terms Optimization
  • Analyze supplier portfolios, identify unfavorable payment terms, and prioritize renegotiation opportunities supporting working capital goals.
• Procurement Analytics
  • Develop reports and KPIs covering payment term alignment, data quality, policy compliance, renegotiation progress, and business impact.
• Business Recommendations
  • Present findings and data-driven recommendations to Procurement stakeholders to support supplier decisions and improvement initiatives.
• Governance & Process Improvement
  • Support payment terms governance, improve procedures and guidance, and recommend opportunities to simplify and standardize processes.
• Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Partner with Procurement, Master Data, and Accounts Payable teams to validate discrepancies and support supplier engagement activities.
• Negotiation Support
  • Coordinate with Category Managers on supplier negotiations, track progress, measure outcomes, and escalate complex contractual issues. Requirements

• Relevant Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or another relevant discipline.
• Professional Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Master Data, Accounts Payable, or related business functions.
• Advanced Excel Skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and XLOOKUP, with Power Query knowledge preferred for data analysis.
• Data Analysis Skills
  • Strong analytical, reconciliation, and data interpretation skills with proven ability to work accurately with large datasets.
• SAP Experience
  • Experience working with SAP, preferably with practical knowledge of MM and/or FI modules and related master data processes.
• Project Management Experience
  • Experience supporting or managing projects within structured environments while adapting effectively to evolving implementation requirements.
• Attention to Detail
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong focus on data accuracy, documentation quality, reconciliation, and consistent process execution.
• Communication & Stakeholder Management
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across Procurement, Finance, and business teams. What we offer
