JOB TITLE Global Snow - Customer Service Officer | MAF Entertainment | Slope

Role Summary The role of the Customer Service Officer is to deliver an excellent customer experience to customers across the Leisure, Entertainment and Cinemas business.

ROLE PROFILE

• Deliver excellent customer service by engaging with guests professionally, promoting offers, and resolving complaints through the correct escalation process.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and assist customers with bookings, sales, and inquiries.
• Support revenue growth through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring correct change and compliance with cash handling procedures.
• Maintain food hygiene and safety standards to ensure all food and beverages are served safely.
• Monitor inventory, conduct stock checks, and ensure proper storage of equipment and supplies.
• Follow all Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies, including PPE usage, SOP compliance, incident reporting, and child safeguarding procedures.
• Work collaboratively with team members, adhere to company policies and standards, and support additional operational duties as required.

Requirements

• Minimum High School Certificate required.
• 0-3+ years of experience in F&B, Customer Service, Retail, or Hospitality is preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Team-oriented, energetic, friendly, and outgoing personality.
• Basic English proficiency and computer literacy required.
