E-Commerce Admin Staff

We are looking for a reliable and organized Admin Staff / E-Commerce Assistant to join our online flower shop team.

The role will mainly involve managing our Shopify store and other online sales platforms, processing customer orders, updating products and catalogs, assisting customers, and coordinating deliveries with our drivers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and process orders from the Shopify website and other online platforms
• Review order details and make sure customer, product, payment, and delivery information is complete
• Add and update products on Shopify
• Manage product descriptions, prices, variants, collections, and catalogs
• Upload and organize product photos
• Perform basic photo editing and resizing for website and online platform use
• Keep product information and inventory details accurate and updated
• Answer customer inquiries through WhatsApp
• Handle incoming customer calls professionally
• Assist customers with product questions, orders, custom requests, and general inquiries
• Coordinate with drivers for flower deliveries
• Provide drivers with delivery details, customer locations, contact information, and special instructions
• Follow up with drivers to ensure orders are delivered on time
• Update customers regarding order and delivery status when needed
• Coordinate and follow up on online orders from order placement until successful delivery
• Perform other general administrative tasks related to the online store

Requirements:

• Comfortable using computers and online platforms
• Experience with Shopify is preferred
• Experience handling orders from online stores or marketplaces is an advantage
• Basic photo editing skills using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Professional and friendly when dealing with customers
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Able to coordinate effectively with customers, drivers, and the internal team
• Able to learn quickly and work independently
• Previous experience in e-commerce, customer service, order processing, logistics coordination, or administration is an advantage

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
