Experienced Factory Manager / Operations Manager Required – Dubai

We are looking for an experienced Factory Manager cum Operations Manager to manage and oversee our glass and aluminium fabrication operations in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day factory operations, production, manpower, and workflow.
• Plan and monitor production schedules to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Supervise fabrication of glass, aluminium doors, windows, partitions, shower enclosures, curtain wall, balustrades, and other related products.
• Manage factory workers, supervisors, installers, and subcontractors.
• Monitor production quality and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with Projects, Design, Procurement, Sales, and Installation teams.
• Ensure materials are available on time and minimize material wastage.
• Monitor productivity, production costs, and factory efficiency.
• Implement proper quality control, safety, housekeeping, and maintenance procedures.
• Check fabrication drawings and coordinate with the technical team regarding production requirements.
• Plan manpower and allocate resources according to project requirements.
• Resolve production and technical issues efficiently.
• Maintain proper records of production, materials, manpower, wastage, and deliveries.
• Ensure finished products are properly packed and delivered to project sites on schedule.
• Develop and improve factory processes to increase productivity and reduce wastage.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience as a Factory Manager, Production Manager, Operations Manager, or similar position.
• Strong experience in glass and aluminium fabrication is essential.
• Good knowledge of aluminium systems, glass processing, fabrication, assembly, and installation.
• Experience with frameless and framed glass systems, aluminium doors/windows, partitions, shower enclosures, balustrades, curtain wall, sliding systems, and related works.
• Strong leadership and manpower-management skills.
• Ability to read and understand shop drawings and technical drawings.
• Good knowledge of production planning and material requirements.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• UAE driving license will be an advantage.
• Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
