We are looking for a Global Logistics Business Process Engineer to drive business process excellence, digital transformation, and continuous improvement in Global Logistics, including linking end-to-end global supply chain.  If you have experience in logistics business process engineering, operational excellence, process transformation, or enterprise systems, and enjoy collaborating across global logistics operations and global supply chain, and cross-functional teams to solve complex business challenges, we'd love to hear from you. 

This role offers the opportunity to work with global cross-functional teams, influence strategic initiatives, and deliver solutions that improve business performance across logistics, planning, procurement, and enterprise systems. 

Responsibilities:  

Strategic Leadership & Business Transformation 

Translate broad business strategies and concepts into structured programs and projects that address critical business challenges and align with enterprise priorities. 

Develop innovative, scalable, and sustainable solutions supported by robust business cases, measurable outcomes, and value realization plans. 

Advise leadership on critical operational issues, long-term goals, and strategic improvement opportunities. 

Operate with a high degree of independence in setting priorities and driving initiatives. 

Process Excellence & Operational Optimization 

Lead or contribute to the development, design, and optimization of end-to-end global logistics and operational processes, including planning, procurement, inventory management, and network distribution. 

Apply advanced methodologies and concepts to solve complex, high-impact business and process challenges where information may be limited or ambiguous. 

Serve as a subject matter expert and key technical contributor within the area of responsibility. 

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, effectiveness, and customer outcomes. 

Program & Project Leadership 

Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept through implementation and benefits realization. 

Define and manage project scope, deliverables, milestones, budgets, resources, dependencies, governance, risks, and success metrics. 

Represent the organization in major programs and projects requiring specialized expertise and broad stakeholder engagement. 

Ensure successful execution and realization of targeted business outcomes. 

Partner with Global Logistics Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Finance, IT, and other business functions to identify challenges and develop scalable process improvements. 

Facilitate alignment across stakeholders, functions, and regions to support business objectives and process standardization. 

Influence decision-making through expertise, data-driven recommendations, and business insights. 

Data Analytics & Digital Enablement 

Analyze business processes and operational performance to identify improvement opportunities using data-driven insights. 

Partner with data science, analytics, and technology teams to improve data visibility, reporting, and decision-making capabilities. 

Leverage quantitative analysis and emerging digital capabilities to drive operational excellence and business transformation. 

Establish performance measures and monitoring mechanisms to track process effectiveness and value delivery. 

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline. 

Minimum 8 years of experience in Supply Chain, Business Process Engineering, Process Excellence, or Supply Chain Transformation. 

Deep expertise in logistics, supply chain, and operational process management with broad cross-functional business knowledge. 

Proven ability to lead complex, enterprise-wide transformation and process improvement initiatives. 

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills. 

Demonstrated success in influencing stakeholders and driving results across global and matrixed organizations. 

Experience leading large-scale projects and delivering measurable business impact through process, technology, and organizational change initiatives. 

PMP certification or equivalent formal project management qualification or proven experience delivering enterprise-level transformation projects is preferred.

This job has a full time weekly schedule.
