Your Role:

Initiating and leading projects for new product ideas within the Semiconductor Fab Solutions SBU; managing the process from evaluation through the concept phase, with the option to continue into the R&D phase and beyond into product or program management.

Coordinating across diverse interfaces within and outside the SFS matrix; collaborating closely with SSCs, customers, product management, development, sales & service, finance, and procurement; contributing to the market viability of the innovation pipeline.

Leading and motivating a project team (coaching, coordination, alignment, and facilitating problem-solving) and presenting results to management for decision-making (e.g., regarding the continuation of the new product idea).

Your Profile

University degree in natural sciences or engineering; a PhD is highly desirable

At least 3–5 years of professional experience, including basic business knowledge and project leadership experience—ideally within the semiconductor supplier or OEM sector Solid expertise in managing development projects

Exceptional independence and creativity in problem-solving; technical know-how in e-beam, X-ray, light-matter interaction, and/or semiconductor metrology

Knowledge of wafer fab processes and customer requirements in high-volume manufacturing (HVM) environments

GPM certification is an asset

Confident demeanor, strong interpersonal skills (lateral leadership, networking), team spirit, and a customer-oriented mindset

Strong technical aptitude capable of grasping and managing complex issues; independent, structured working style; ability to adapt confidently to changing circumstances

Willingness to travel domestically and internationally

Business-fluent English; proficiency in Chinese, Korean, and/or Japanese is a plus
