Scope of Work
- Utilize the AMANA BIM platform to ensure effective collaboration across all project stakeholders (architects, engineers, contractors).
- Deliver BIM services in line with the agreed project scope and timelines, including:
- Revit modeling
- Revit family creation
- Clash detection and coordination
- 3D visualization and animation
- 4D construction sequencing simulation
- 5D quantity take-offs and cost integration
- 7D asset and facility management deliverables (COBie)
- Prepare BIM deliverables in accordance with Employer Information Requirements (EIR) .
- Perform QA/QC of BIM models based on project standards and LOD requirements (LOD 300 to LOD 500).
