Title: Orthodontist (Part-Time – Commission Only)
Location: Ruh Al Barsha Dental Clinic LLC, Al Barsha, Dubai
Employment Type: Part-Time
Compensation: Commission Only (No Fixed Salary)
Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred
About the Role
Ruh Al Barsha Dental Clinic is seeking a qualified and patient-focused Orthodontist to join our team on a part-time, commission-only basis. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced orthodontist looking for flexible working hours while building a rewarding practice in a modern, patient-centric clinic.
Working Schedule
- Days: Saturday, Sunday & Monday
- Timings: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Total Hours: 15 Hours per Week
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat orthodontic conditions using evidence-based treatment protocols.
- Develop individualized treatment plans for braces, clear aligners, retainers, and other orthodontic appliances.
- Monitor treatment progress and perform required adjustments.
- Educate patients on treatment options, oral hygiene, and appliance care.
- Maintain complete and accurate patient records in compliance with DHA regulations.
- Collaborate with the clinic's dental team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Uphold the highest standards of ethics, professionalism, and patient satisfaction.
Requirements
- DHA License or DHA Eligibility Letter as an Orthodontist.
- Valid UAE Residence Visa ( Own Visa ).
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
- Excellent communication and patient management skills.
- Strong clinical expertise and commitment to quality care.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Compensation
- This is a Commission-Only Position.
- No fixed salary, allowances, or guaranteed monthly income will be provided.
- Earnings will be based solely on the agreed commission structure for treatments performed.
