Core Responsibilities

Fire Protection Layouts: Draw detailed plans for sprinklers, hydrants, hose reels, fire pumps, and piping networks using AutoCAD or Revit.
Life Safety Plans: Map out emergency exit routes, fire alarm systems, smoke management details, and emergency lighting.
Authority Submissions: Format and package drawings specifically to meet the technical review criteria of local Civil Defence authorities.
Coordination Drawings: Align fire and safety layouts with architectural, structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) services to avoid site conflicts.
As-Built Documentation: Update initial blueprints to reflect actual installations completed on-site during construction.

Key Requirements

Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in 2D and 3D computer-aided design tools like AutoCAD and Revit.
Code Knowledge: Familiarity with regional fire protection standards, such as the UAE Fire and Life Safety Code of Practice.
Experience: Typically requires several years of drafting experience within the UAE construction or engineering consultancy sector.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
