Senior Architect

We are currently looking for Senior Architect to join our design team at Abu Dhabi Main office. The ideal candidates should have effective management and team leadership skills, strong design creativity, excellent technical & presentation skills, a flexible mentality and experience managing all stages of a project design, from concept through to tendering.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience, Design Architect on high-profile projects within an internationally renowned office
• Excellent communication, budget control, planning, and organizational skills
• Excellent aesthetic sensibilities and design skills
• Extremely technical with the ability to resolve architectural solutions through innovative thinking.
• Fresh ideas, innovative design thinking, problem solving ability
• Proactive attitude and high level of motivation with a continuous desire to learn
• Team player attitude with the ability to organize both own work and others, clearly communicate with Project Leaders, and coach/motivate team members
• Outstanding knowledge of 3D Modelling in Rhinoceros (plus Grasshopper), AUTOCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Maya etc.
• Experience with Revit software is a plus, but not mandatory
• Knowledge of rendering software (Vray, Cinema4D, Mental Ray, etc.)
• Excellent knowledge of products, materials, and construction methods, especially in Middle East
• Able to manage sensitive and confidential information
• Able to work independently or as part of a team
• Flexible attitude towards new way of thinking and working
• Proactive and self-motivated, with a continuous desire to both learn from and mentor others
• Assist with guidance of Junior Architects
• Contribute and assist in any ad-hoc projects
• Responsible, accountable, and able to foresee risks and solve conflicts in projects
• Fluent English communication skills (reading and writing)
