- Strong Python + Software Engineering
- Must have strong production-level Python, APIs and microservices experience.
- Production GenAI / LLM experience
- Must have actually delivered LLM/Generative AI solutions to production, not just POCs or academic projects.
- The JD asks for 2–5 years delivering AI solutions to production.
- RAG + Agentic AI
- Strong hands-on experience with RAG, Agentic AI, Prompt Engineering, Tool Calling and/or Structured Outputs.
- Cloud + AI Engineering
- Strong Azure + Docker/Kubernetes experience, preferably combined with LangChain/LangFlow and vector search/pgvector.
- Ideal candidate profile in one line
- Senior AI/GenAI Engineer with strong Python + LLM + RAG + Agentic AI + LangChain experience, hands-on production delivery, Azure/cloud-native experience, and strong API/microservices engineering background.
