Supply Chain Coordinator

  • Location: Ede
  • Salary: € 3.705 - € 5.820
  • Profit sharing
  • 40 days of vacation

Do you want to play a key role within our supply chain organization and directly contribute to an efficient, reliable, and future-proof chain? Are you analytically strong, process-oriented, and ready for a versatile position where you combine operational expertise with coordinating and leadership tasks? Then apply as a (Senior) Supply Chain Coordinator at our organization, based in Ede.

In this dynamic role, you are the right hand of the Team Lead Supply Chain. You are responsible for process optimization, data management, and dashboards, but also step in as a full operational manager for the procurement team whenever the Team Lead is absent.

What will you be doing?

Your responsibilities are broad and divided across three core areas: process management & data, procurement & coordination, and deputy leadership.

Data, Analysis & Process Optimization

  • Managing and updating operational data in our ERP system, including monitoring data quality and flagging discrepancies.
  • Creating and maintaining clear work instructions and process documentation.
  • Analyzing administrative processes and proactively proposing and initiating improvement projects.
  • Developing and optimizing management reports and interactive dashboards (including in Power BI) for KPI monitoring and management information.

Procurement Support & Team Coordination

  • Coordinating the team's daily administrative workflows and acting as the first point of contact for complex issues.
  • Supporting the procurement team with supplier selection, contract negotiations, contract agreements, and vendor rating.
  • Working closely with internal departments such as Sales, Finance, Logistics, and the Warehouse.
  • Guiding and onboarding new employees, colleagues, and interns.

Deputy Leadership

  • Fully taking over the tasks and responsibilities of the Team Lead Supply Chain during their absence.
  • Chairing team meetings, monitoring team KPIs, and overseeing overall progress and quality.
  • Actively contributing to one-on-one meetings, absence/sick-leave conversations, and recruitment processes for the procurement team.

What qualifications do you need?

  • A completed bachelor's degree (HBO), preferably in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Automotive Management, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of demonstrable work experience in a senior procurement or supply chain role.
  • Relevant experience within the automotive sector or a high-tech manufacturing environment is a strong plus.
  • Advanced knowledge of ERP systems and Excel.
  • Experience with reporting and dashboard tools such as Power BI.
  • Strong analytical skills, excellent numerical insight, and a precise way of working.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to functionally manage colleagues.
  • Resilience under pressure and a natural authority to act decisively as deputy team lead.

What we offer

We offer a role with significant responsibility, allowing you to fully develop your analytical skills, process knowledge, and leadership qualities. You will work within a close-knit team with an informal working atmosphere inside an international organization. Employment conditions are excellently arranged in accordance with the CAO Metalektro (Dutch collective labor agreement for the metal and electrical engineering industry).

  • Salary: A competitive gross monthly salary between €3,705 and €5,820, depending on your specific knowledge and work experience.
  • Leave: Generous leave with 27 vacation days and 13 ADV (reduced working hours) days per year.
  • Pension: A solid pension plan in accordance with the CAO Metalektro.
  • Extras: 8% holiday allowance, an attractive profit-sharing scheme, and a tax-friendly bicycle plan.
