Customer Relations Manager

Our first commercial hire. You'll be the face of Energy Mirror with the people who decide whether renovation happens.

Your customers: communes and cantonal energy services · renovation experts and architects · enterprises and contractors.

You'll: open and run those conversations, turn interest into signed pilots, and build the partner network — under transparency rules that keep household trust first.

You are: motivated and genuinely active — someone who picks up the phone, shows up at the commune, and follows through. We care about how you work, not how long you've worked: this suits both a strong first commercial role and someone with a full track record behind them. French required, German desirable, English working level. Eligible to work in Switzerland. A network in Vaud energy, real estate, or municipal circles is a real advantage.

Setup: Based in Vaud. 40% to start, scaling to 80% as pilots come online. Working directly with the founders.
