Quality Assurance Manager

We have partnered up with manufacturing company based in Abu Dhabi and hiring a QC Manager to lead Quality management across its UAE manufacturing operations.

What You'll Do

• Own and manage the Quality Management System across multi-site operations
• Set up and manage the site laboratory for a newly established facility
• Lead customer complaint investigations and root-cause analysis (RCA/CAPA)
• Manage ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 compliance and audits
• Facilitate permit renewals and regulatory authority audits
• Support Health & Safety programs and environmental compliance (carbon/emissions reporting)

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field
• 5–15 years of experience in a Quality Manager / QC Manager / QHSE role within manufacturing
• Hands-on laboratory management experience
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001
• Proven track record managing customer complaints, root-cause analysis, and CAPA
• Strong communication skills
• UAE experience strongly preferred
