Construction Manager

A leading Construction Company in the UAE, is currently seeking a highly experienced and competent Constriction Manager to oversee our high-rise building projects in Dubai.

We are looking for a dedicated Civil Engineer who can lead site operations, mange project teams, and ensure the successful delivery of complex construction projects to the high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring strict compliance with project specifications, approved drawings, Dubai Municipality codes, and safety regulations.
• Lead and manage civil engineering projects from conception to completion, with a focus on high-rise residential and commercial buildings.
• Coordinate effectively with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth and timely project execution.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to maintain the highest construction standards.
• Review and interpret engineering drawings, plans, and specifications, resolve any technical issues that arise during construction.
• Monitor project progress, track key milestones and report on challenges and achievements to senior management
• Provide strong leadership, guidance, and technical support to project team members.
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory standards, project requirements, and health & safety protocols.
• Conduct site visits, surveys, and assessments as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field ( master's degree preferred )
• Minimum of 13 years of experience in civil engineering projects, with at least 5 years of experience in High-Rise Building construction in Dubai.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering high-rise project on Dubai, with strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality regulations and approval processes.
• Local authority requirements (Traffic RTA, DEWA, DM, etc.).
• Construction methods, materials, and safety standers specific to high-rise buildings.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to mange multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work under pressure.
• Thorough understanding of construction contracts, cost control, and project scheduling.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software ( Primavera P6, MS project, AutoCAD, etc.).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead diverse workforces.
• Valid UAE Driving License is preferred.
