Job Description :

The Business Analyst will join the Finance I4C team and work closely with the Product Manager, data engineers, architects, and business stakeholders.

The assignment is part of a broader transformation initiative executed in collaboration with CTO COO Tech & Transformation and CTO Engineering & Reliability. Key domains and platforms involved include:

• ServiceNow ISNP
• Portfolio Management
• Product Lead Thinking implementation
• Backlog Management
• Azure platform
• IT Service Management (ITSM)
• Data Warehouse and Reporting Solutions

The successful candidate will play a key role in translating business and organisational changes into data and reporting requirements, ensuring continuity of existing reporting capabilities while enabling the future-state organisation model.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse the impact of the new Delivery Organisation structure on existing data models, reporting solutions, and downstream consumers.
• Develop and maintain conceptual and logical data models supporting organisational hierarchy changes.
• Collaborate with Product Management, engineers, architects, and stakeholders to define solution requirements and implementation approaches.
• Review and validate technical designs impacting organisational data flows.
• Provide analysis and recommendations regarding data migration and transformation activities.
• Support engineers during development by clarifying requirements and validating implementation decisions.
• Define and execute test scenarios and coordinate business acceptance testing.
• Facilitate workshops and content sessions with business and technology stakeholders.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and data quality concerns related to organisational structure changes.
• Ensure alignment between legacy and future-state organisational hierarchies throughout the transition period.

Professional Competencies and Skills

• Proven Business Analysis experience within complex data-driven environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into implementable solutions.
• Experience with enterprise data warehouses, reporting environments, and large-scale data transformations.
• Ability to develop conceptual, logical, and business process models.
• Experience working in Agile product teams alongside Product Managers and Engineers.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
• Knowledge of organisational master data, hierarchy management, and reporting structures.
• Ability to challenge solutions constructively and provide well-founded recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to bridge business and technology domains.

Preferred Experience

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or related role.
• Experience with ServiceNow and Portfolio Management data.
• Experience within financial reporting and management information environments.
• Familiarity with Azure-based data platforms and modern data architectures.
• Experience supporting organisational transformations or large-scale operating model changes.

Expected Results / Deliverables

The Business Analyst will be accountable for:

• Impact assessments covering all data flows affected by the new Delivery Organisation.
• Validated business and data requirements.
• Updated conceptual and functional designs supporting organisational hierarchy changes.
• Recommendations and guidance for data migration and transition activities.
• Alignment between business stakeholders and engineering teams throughout implementation.
• Successful testing and validation of implemented solutions.
• Stakeholder workshops and decision-making sessions resulting in agreed outcomes.
• Support for a smooth transition with minimal disruption to reporting and financial capabilities.
