This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced Operations team, where you will be instrumental in shaping product assortments and ensuring seamless execution across all consumer channels. You will contribute directly to enhancing consumer experiences by optimizing product availability and quality, playing a critical part in bringing exciting new offerings to market each season. Your work will ensure that the right products reach the right consumers at the right time, directly contributing to the company’s market leadership and consumer satisfaction.
What You’ll Do
- Gather data from sales, retail, and product creation sources, ensuring accuracy and researching any discrepancies.
- Develop standardized methods for data collection to improve efficiency and consistency.
- Create and run a variety of reports, including both standard and custom analyses.
- Analyze complex data sets, draw insightful conclusions, and provide actionable recommendations to the merchandising team.
- Develop quantitative and qualitative analyses and financial models to drive merchandising efficiencies, cost-effectiveness, and enhanced product assortment quality.
- Act as a key liaison between the merchandising function and IT, ensuring system needs are met and issues are promptly addressed.
- Support day-to-day operational execution to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of seasonal assortments.
- Contribute to projects focused on improving the tools and systems utilized by the team.
- Partner closely with external vendors to facilitate the inclusion of third-party product assortments in seasonal buys.

- Proactive, solution-oriented approach with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
- Comfortable working extensively with merchandising tools, systems, and data.
