Job Description We are seeking a commercially minded Marketing Director to lead growth-driving marketing initiatives across international markets.

This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and requires an individual who is equally comfortable analysing business performance, shaping marketing investment decisions, and identifying new opportunities for profitable growth.The successful candidate will oversee customer acquisition activities, optimize marketing effectiveness, and help ensure that marketing investments generate sustainable business results. Working cross-functionally with commercial, digital, analytics, and regional teams, the role will play a key part in driving future growth across multiple geographies.

• Develop and execute international growth and customer acquisition strategies.
• Manage and optimize significant performance marketing investments across multiple channels and markets.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition, engagement, and commercial performance.
• Evaluate marketing effectiveness and recommend investment priorities based on business impact.
• Monitor market developments, customer trends, and emerging technologies.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive execution and business results.
• Build performance measurement frameworks and promote data-driven decision-making.
• Contribute to the development of marketing capabilities, processes, and best practices across the organization.

The Successful Applicant

• 10 years of experience in Marketing, Growth, Digital, Customer Acquisition, Commercial Excellence, or related disciplines.
• Proven track record in performance marketing managing investments and delivering measurable business impact.
• Experience within consumer-oriented industries such as consumer goods, retail, lifestyle, digital commerce, hospitality, subscription businesses, or similar sectors.
• Experience with channel Excellence with paid search engines (Google Ads, Shopping, Performance Max) Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and other relevant platforms) including display advertising video and YouTube)
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to balance growth ambitions with profitability objectives.
• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision making
• Exposure to international markets and cross-border initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Entrepreneurial, hands-on, and execution-focused mindset.
• Fluent English.
