Business Development Associate (Real Estate)

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our real estate team!

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business through cold calling, lead generation, and client outreach .
• Identify and develop relationships with potential buyers, investors, and property owners.
• Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with prospects.
• Arrange client meetings and property/site visits.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with property consultants.
• Maintain accurate records and update client information in the CRM.

Requirements

• Minimum 6months - 1 year of experience in Dubai/UAE real estate.
• Experience in business development, telecalling, lead generation, or sales is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in cold calling and speaking with clients.
• Good knowledge of Dubai's real estate market.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM and MS Excel/Google Sheets .
• Fluent English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
• Candidates currently based in Dubai are preferred.
