Real Estate Broker (Full-Time)
Dubai, UAE
We are a boutique real estate agency in Dubai, specializing in premium properties.
We don’t hire in bulk — instead, we focus on quality, giving each consultant personalized support and real leads .
What we offer:
• Hot leads in Dubai’s prime communities (Marina, JBR, Bluewaters, Emaar Beachfront, Palm etc).
• Competitive commission: starting at 50% with escalators up to 70% .
• Full visa support and RERA licensing.
• Training and mentorship from top-performing agents.
• Strong marketing and back-office support: from professional photo/video to targeted ad campaigns.

What we’re looking for:
• Previous Dubai real estate experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Fluent English (Russian/Arabic is a strong plus).
• Ambitious, motivated, and ready to build a career in premium real estate.
