Job description

Job Purpose Assists line manager in driving student enrollment for the academy’s training programs by effectively building relationships, presenting program benefits, and exceeding sales targets through exceptional communication and customer service.

Key Result Responsibilities

  • Identifies and develops leads through various channels, such as attending industry events, networking with potential clients, and following up on online inquiries.
  • Cultivates strong relationships with prospective students, parents, and career advisors, understanding their needs and goals.
  • Presents information about the academy’s training programs, highlighting the benefits and career opportunities available to graduates.
  • Negotiates program fees and enrollment packages, effectively closing sales and exceeding targets.
  • Maintains accurate records of leads, contacts, and sales activities, ensuring efficient deal tracking and reporting.
  • Stays up to date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and aviation career opportunities.
  • Collaborates effectively with other departments to ensure a seamless student experience.
  • Performs any additional duties as directed by the line manager.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Strong understanding of the aviation industry.
  • Solid experience in and exposure to flight operations and training environment
  • Experience in GCAA examination and pilot/cadet medical bookings
  • Knowledge of Market Analysis and Research software.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic and other languages are an advantage).
  • Proven ability to carry out sales and marketing strategies.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Strong relationship management skills to build trust and rapport with potential clients, airlines, and educational institutions.
  • Demonstrates the ability to contribute and successfully deliver against business strategy and set KPIs.

Qualifications (Academic, Training, Languages)

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, aviation or a related field.

Work Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, handling similar administrative and sales related activities.
  • Knowledge of Market Analysis and Research software.
