About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Executive to support banking operations by accurately entering, updating, and maintaining customer and transaction-related information in internal banking systems. The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail, good computer skills, and the ability to handle confidential financial information.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update customer, account, transaction, and banking-related data accurately.
• Verify information against source documents and identify discrepancies.
• Process data within agreed timelines and maintain high accuracy.
• Maintain and update electronic records, databases, and spreadsheets.
• Perform data validation and quality checks before submission.
• Handle banking documents and ensure proper filing and record maintenance.
• Support account opening, customer documentation, transaction processing, and other operational activities as required.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and financial information.
• Follow bank policies, procedures, compliance requirements, and data security standards.
• Coordinate with operations and other internal teams to resolve data-related issues.
• Prepare basic reports and daily/weekly data summaries.
• Meet defined productivity, accuracy, and turnaround-time targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data entry, banking operations, KYC, or customer onboarding.
• Hands-on experience reviewing and processing KYC documentation.
• Good knowledge of KYC/AML concepts and customer verification procedures .
• Strong MS Excel and MS Office skills.
• High typing speed with excellent accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential customer information.
• UAE banking or financial services experience is preferred.
