Showroom Sales Executive – HVAC Products

We are looking for a customer-focused Showroom Sales Executive to handle sales of HVAC products from our showroom. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of HVAC products and the ability to understand customer requirements, recommend suitable products, prepare quotations, and close sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate HVAC products.
• Explain product specifications, features, applications, and pricing.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, and invoices as required.
• Follow up with customers and convert inquiries into sales.
• Develop relationships with contractors, consultants, technicians, and end users.
• Maintain product displays and ensure the showroom is properly organized.
• Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams for order fulfillment.
• Maintain daily sales and customer records.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Handle customer complaints and coordinate for timely resolution.
• Keep updated with new HVAC products and market trends.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of showroom or HVAC sales experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of HVAC products and accessories.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Good negotiation and selling abilities.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work under sales targets.
• UAE market experience is an advantage.
• Hindi language proficiency is mandatory.

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
