AI cum Software Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced AI cum Software Developer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development along with practical experience in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, automation, API integration, and AI-powered applications.

The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining software applications while identifying opportunities to use AI and automation to improve business processes and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain web and business applications.
• Develop AI-powered applications, chatbots, virtual assistants, and automation solutions.
• Integrate OpenAI, LLMs, and other AI APIs into business applications.
• Develop and maintain REST APIs and third-party system integrations.
• Build AI solutions for document processing, data analysis, information retrieval, and business automation.
• Work with RAG, vector databases, embeddings, prompt engineering, and AI agents where required.
• Develop backend services and database-driven applications.
• Identify repetitive business processes and develop suitable automation solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimise existing applications.
• Ensure applications are secure, scalable, reliable, and user-friendly.
• Work with different departments to understand business requirements and develop technology solutions.
• Maintain proper documentation of applications, APIs, integrations, and technical processes.
• Research emerging AI technologies and recommend solutions that can add value to the business.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, IT, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in software development, AI development, or a related role.
• Strong programming skills in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with web development and backend frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs and system integrations.
• Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar databases.
• Practical experience with Generative AI and LLM applications.
• Knowledge of Git/version control.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good understanding of software development and testing practices.
