Your Role,

• Advise clients on renting premium and luxury properties in Dubai
• Build relationships with landlords and tenants
• Generate new business through calls, networking, and digital platforms
• Conduct property viewings and provide market insight
• Negotiate tenancy agreements and close deals
• Stay up to date with Dubai’s fast-moving real estate market

What We’re Looking For,

• Ambitious, target-driven, and financially motivated
• Confident, resilient, and positive under pressure
• A strong communicator with excellent people skills
• Comfortable with high activity levels (calls, meetings, viewings)
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)

Requirements,

• Aged 21+
• Valid driving licence (or currently working towards one)
• Willing to relocate to Dubai (if not already based here)
• Able to financially support yourself during the initial months
