B2B Sales Executive – Dubai, UAE

VIP Rent A Car is looking for a motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Executive to develop and expand our corporate, hotel, travel agency, and hospitality partnerships across Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit hotels, corporate clients, travel agencies, and concierge teams across Dubai.
• Develop new B2B partnerships and business opportunities.
• Maintain and grow existing corporate and hospitality accounts.
• Generate leads and convert potential clients into active accounts.
• Build strong relationships with decision-makers and key partners.
• Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
• Prepare daily visit reports and regular sales updates.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent client service.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of B2B Sales experience in the UAE .
• Valid UAE Driving License – Mandatory.
• Own Car – Mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai market.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong business development and relationship-building skills.
• Target-driven and able to work independently.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Experience in Car Rental, Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, or Automotive is highly preferred.
• Existing network within hotels, travel agencies, concierge teams, or corporate companies is a strong advantage.
