Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven B2B Sales Specialist to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers, and generating sales for construction, renovation, and related projects.

The candidate should have a good understanding of project-based sales and be confident in managing the sales process from lead generation and client meetings through negotiation and closing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities
• Build relationships with companies, contractors, consultants, architects, designers, and developers
• Generate leads and follow up with potential clients
• Prepare and present proposals and quotations
• Handle negotiations and close deals
• Maintain relationships with existing and potential clients

Requirements:

• Relevant B2B sales experience in construction, renovation, fit-out, architecture, or building materials
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven and confident in dealing with clients
• Valid UAE driving license and own car

Compensation:

Fixed salary + sales commission
