JOB SUMMARY

Nexus Migration is looking for an experienced and target-driven Senior Immigration Consultant to join our Dubai Sales Team.

The ideal candidate must have strong experience in immigration sales and client consultation, with sound knowledge of Canada PR, Australia PR, New Zealand immigration pathways, and other international immigration programs.

This is a sales-focused position for someone who can confidently conduct Zoom consultations, understand client profiles, recommend suitable immigration options, handle objections, follow up professionally, and convert qualified enquiries into successful sales.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct professional Zoom consultations with prospective clients.
• Understand each client’s profile, immigration goals, qualifications, work experience, and eligibility.
• Recommend suitable immigration programs based on the client’s profile.
• Explain the immigration process, service scope, documentation requirements, fees, timelines, and limitations clearly.
• Convert qualified enquiries into successful sales while maintaining ethical and transparent communication.
• Follow up consistently with interested and potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, and Zoom meetings.
• Maintain accurate and timely records in the company CRM and sales tracking sheets.
• Coordinate with the Meetings, Case Management, Processing, and Customer Response teams.
• Achieve the assigned monthly sales target and performance expectations.
• Build long-term client relationships and maintain a professional customer experience.
• Avoid false commitments, misleading timelines, or guarantees regarding visas, jobs, sponsorships, or government decisions.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

• Minimum 2 years of immigration sales or immigration consultancy experience.
• Strong knowledge of Canada PR, Express Entry, PNP, Australia PR, and New Zealand immigration pathways.
• Excellent English communication, consultation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Confident in conducting video consultations and handling clients from different countries.
• Strong objection-handling and follow-up abilities.
• Target-oriented, disciplined, responsible, and self-motivated.
• Comfortable working with CRM systems, WhatsApp, email, Zoom, and Microsoft Office.
• Candidates with experience in the UAE immigration industry will be preferred.
• Candidates currently residing in Dubai or available to relocate and join immediately will be preferred.
