Director Sales / Division Head – Mahraj Building Maintenance, Dubai

We are looking for an experienced Director Sales / Division Head to lead the sales and business development division of Mahraj Building Maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the sales and business development team.
• Develop and execute strategies to grow the building maintenance business.
• Generate and secure major maintenance, civil, MEP, and facility management contracts.
• Build relationships with property owners, contractors, consultants, facility management companies, and corporate clients.
• Monitor sales targets, pipelines, quotations, negotiations, and contract closures.
• Identify new market opportunities and develop long-term client partnerships.
• Guide the team in lead generation, client visits, follow-ups, and business conversion.
• Coordinate with estimation and operations teams for successful project handover.
• Prepare regular sales performance reports and achieve division revenue targets.

Experience: 5–8 years in UAE/GCC sales or business development, preferably in building maintenance, facilities management, construction, or contracting.
