Business Development Director / Executive - Mahraj Building Maintenance, Dubai

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Director / Executive to drive business growth, generate new clients, and secure maintenance and building service contracts for Mahraj Building Maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new business opportunities and generate leads.
• Identify and approach property owners, contractors, facility management companies, and corporate clients.
• Secure building maintenance, civil, MEP, and renovation contracts.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate with clients, and follow up until project confirmation.
• Maintain strong client relationships and develop repeat business.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitors and upcoming projects.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Coordinate with the estimation and operations teams for smooth project handover.
• Represent Mahraj Building Maintenance professionally in client meetings and business negotiations.

Experience: 3–5 years in UAE/GCC business development, preferably in building maintenance, facilities management, construction, or contracting.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
