Sales Executive / Sales Manager – Mahraj Building Maintenance, Dubai

We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive / Sales Manager to generate new business, secure maintenance contracts, and grow sales for Mahraj Building Maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and approach new clients.
• Promote building maintenance, civil, MEP, and related services.
• Visit clients, prepare quotations, negotiate, and close deals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and ongoing opportunities.
• Develop business with contractors, property owners, facility management companies, and corporate clients.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain regular sales reports.
• Coordinate with estimation and operations teams for project handover.

Experience: 2–5 years of UAE/GCC sales experience in building maintenance, facilities management, construction, or contracting preferred.
