Job Summary

Aaban Services is hiring an experienced and responsible Dubai Branch Manager to manage the complete performance of its Dubai branch. The manager will lead the sales, operations, customer-support, accounts-coordination and field teams.

The selected candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, maintaining service quality, controlling daily operations and ensuring branch profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete Dubai branch.
• Achieve monthly sales and AMC targets.
• Lead and monitor the sales team.
• Control daily scheduling and operations.
• Manage supervisors, technicians, helpers and drivers.
• Coordinate invoicing, payments and accounts reporting.
• Verify customer payments before dispatching teams.
• Monitor quotations, contracts and AMC renewals.
• Conduct corporate sales visits and client meetings.
• Ensure all leads, quotations and jobs are recorded in Odoo.
• Monitor vehicles, chemicals, equipment and inventory.
• Conduct regular field inspections.
• Resolve customer complaints within 24 hours.
• Maintain service quality, safety and municipality compliance.
• Submit daily, weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Enforce the company’s zero-credit policy.
• Ensure no unauthorized discount or credit is provided.
• Control branch expenses and maintain profitability.
• Report directly to the CEO.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 2–3 years of UAE experience.
• Experience in pest control, water-tank cleaning, cleaning services, maintenance or facilities management.
• Strong sales and business-development skills.
• Experience managing sales, operations and field teams.
• Basic understanding of invoicing, collections and accounts coordination.
• Knowledge of Dubai locations and commercial markets.
• UAE driving licence is strongly preferred.
• Good English communication skills.
• Knowledge of Hindi or Urdu is an advantage.
• Experience using Odoo or another CRM system is preferred.
• Strong leadership, discipline and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve monthly targets.

Performance Targets

• Achieve the assigned Dubai monthly sales target.
• Maintain a 60% AMC and 40% cash-job sales mix.
• Conduct at least 15 corporate visits weekly.
• Submit a minimum of 50 quotations monthly.
• Secure 10–15 new AMC contracts monthly.
• Maintain at least a 90% AMC renewal rate.
• Ensure 100% payment verification and zero unauthorized credit.
• Maintain complete scheduling, documentation and customer follow-up.
