Project Leader - Medium Voltage

WTS Energy is seeking a Medium Voltage Project Leader who enjoys managing a variety of projects from quotation through to completion.

In this role you will combine project management with technical advisory responsibilities, working closely with clients, installation contractors and Dutch grid operators, proposing innovative solutions and watching them come to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage medium-voltage projects from enquiry to handover.
• Prepare quotations, cost estimates and project budgets.
• Advise customers on technical solutions for MV installations.
• Coordinate clients, contractors and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor planning, quality, safety and project finances.
• Identify commercial opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.

What We're Looking For

• MBO+ or HBO qualification in Electrical Engineering, Energy Technology or a related discipline.
• 10 + years of project management or project coordination experience within the electrical or energy sector.
• Strong knowledge of medium-voltage electrical installations.
• Experience with quotations, budgeting and customer management.
• Commercial awareness and strong communication skills.
• Professional proficiency in Dutch is essential for this role.
• Applicants must have the permanent right to work in the Netherlands. Visa sponsorship is not available.
