For an international organization, we are looking for a Logistics Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day logistics operations across an international network of logistics providers, carriers, warehouses, and internal stakeholders. Your goal is simple: ensure products are in the right place, at the right time, and at the right cost.

As a Logistics Specialist, you will act as the key link between third-party logistics providers (3PLs), carriers, customers, suppliers, and internal teams. You will oversee daily operations, identify potential issues before they escalate, and help drive continuous improvement throughout the supply chain.

Your responsibilities include:

• Coordinating logistics activities related to warehousing, transportation, inventory management, and order fulfillment;
• Maintaining close relationships with 3PL partners, carriers, warehouses, suppliers, and customers;
• Monitoring inventory movements and investigating stock discrepancies;
• Ensuring timely and accurate order processing and deliveries;
• Tracking logistics KPIs and service levels to maintain operational excellence;
• Identifying operational risks, delays, and bottlenecks while coordinating corrective actions;
• Monitoring transportation and warehousing costs and identifying cost-saving opportunities;
• Providing operational updates and support to customers and internal stakeholders;
• Supporting import and export activities and ensuring accurate logistics documentation;
• Working with ERP, WMS, and TMS systems to support and optimize logistics processes.

You are an organized and analytical logistics professional who can manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail. You enjoy working with different stakeholders and take ownership of operational performance.

In addition, you have:

• Bachelor's degree level of working and thinking;
• 4-5 years of experience within logistics, supply chain, transportation, warehousing, fulfillment, or 3PL operations;
• Experience coordinating logistics service providers, carriers, and warehouse operations;
• Solid understanding of order fulfillment, inventory management, distribution, and transportation processes;
• Experience monitoring operational performance and resolving logistical challenges;
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills;
• Experience working with ERP, WMS, and/or TMS systems;
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset;
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
