Core Responsibilities:

  • Consolidate data from multiple Aftersales sites and functions to provide clear reporting on operational, financial, and customer performance.
  • Support the annual business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and target-setting processes for the Aftersales business.
  • Analyse variances against budgets, forecasts, targets, and prior-period performance; identify trends, risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
  • Prepare periodic management reports, presentations, and executive summaries for the Aftersales Director and senior leadership.
  • Liaise with vehicle principals, internal departments, and branch teams to obtain, validate, and report required Aftersales data.
  • Ensure the accuracy, consistency, completeness, and timely availability of data used in business reporting.
  • Participate actively in ERP implementation, including defining reporting requirements, supporting data validation, user testing, process mapping, and post-implementation improvements.
  • Establish standard reporting templates, reporting calendars, and governance processes across Aftersales locations.
  • Monitor key Aftersales KPIs, including workshop productivity, efficiency, utilisation, labour sales, parts sales, service retention, customer satisfaction, warranty performance, and profitability.
  • Support improvement initiatives by providing data-driven insights and tracking the implementation and outcomes of agreed action plans.
  • Work closely with Finance, IT, Operations, Parts, Service, Warranty, and Customer Experience teams to ensure alignment of reporting and planning activities.
  • Maintain confidentiality of commercial, financial, customer, and operational information.

Background and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Master’s Degree, professional certification in Business Analytics, Finance, Project Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in business planning, MIS, reporting, business analysis, financial analysis, or performance management.
  • Experience within the automotive, Aftersales, retail, dealership, or multi-site service environment is preferred.
  • Proven experience in preparing management dashboards, performance reports, budgets, forecasts, and executive presentations.
  • Experience in ERP implementation, reporting-system development, data migration, testing, or process improvement initiatives is highly desirable.
  • Experience working with vehicle principals, distributors, or OEM reporting requirements would be an advantage.
