Job description
Key Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
• 4–5 years of experience in application software implementation and support
• Hands-on knowledge of CBUAE Payment Systems – ICCS, WPS, FTS, DDS and IPP
• Experience with .NET / .NET Core technologies
• Experience with application servers and SQL databases/basic SQL queries
• Knowledge of APIs, Web Services and application integrations
• Experience supporting SIT/UAT and resolving application issues
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Willingness to travel for customer implementation/support when required
• Cloud platform knowledge will be an added advantage
Candidates with strong experience in UAE banking/payment systems implementation and support are preferred.
