Role Overview

We are looking for a Service Engineer – HVAC (After Sales) to join our After Sales team. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, warranty handling, and customer support, ensuring SKM systems consistently perform at the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Handle warranty and service complaints, ensuring resolution within set KPIs.

🔹 Troubleshoot HVAC equipment (chillers, AHUs, DX systems, package units).

🔹 Conduct root cause analysis of failures and prepare service reports.

🔹 Support retrofit, repair, and maintenance activities.

🔹 Supervise technicians on-site, ensuring safety and quality compliance.

🔹 Provide technical feedback to engineering and quality teams.

🔹 Assist in customer training and prepare technical documentation.

What We’re Looking For

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or 5–7 years HVAC service experience).

✅ 5+ years’ experience in installation, operation, maintenance, and service of HVAC systems.

✅ GCC experience preferred (HVAC service, MEP, or FM).

✅ Strong troubleshooting, technical, and customer service skills.

✅ Good communication skills in English (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is an advantage).

✅ Knowledge of mechanical/electrical controls (analog & microprocessor-based).
