Job description

Altron Al Arabia is looking for a Functional & Technical Consultant to join our Workforce Management (WFM) team in Saudi Arabia. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional with UKG Workforce Management experience who enjoys working directly with clients to implement, configure, support, and optimise enterprise workforce management solutions.

What you will be doing:

  • Analyse customer requirements and configure UKG Workforce Management solutions to meet business needs.
  • Facilitate solution implementation, testing, deployment, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Advise customers on workforce management best practices, policies, and business processes.
  • Support system integrations and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Deliver training to end users, super users, and customer administrators.
  • Provide post-implementation support, including issue resolution, root cause analysis, and ongoing customer assistance.
  • Work closely with customers, project teams, technical consultants, and UKG Global Support to ensure successful solution delivery.
  • Stay current with new UKG products, features, and industry developments.

What we are looking for:

  • Tertiary IT qualification (Certificate, Diploma, or Degree).
  • 2-3 years' experience working with UKG Workforce Management solutions.
  • Experience with enterprise software implementations and support.
  • Exposure to system integrations and networking.
  • Experience supporting functional testing, integration testing, and UAT activities.
  • Strong customer-facing, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a consulting environment.

Advantageous:

  • UKG Certification, particularly Timekeeping and/or Advanced Scheduler.
  • Time & Attendance or Workforce Management system experience.
  • HR industry experience.
  • Arabic language skills.
  • UKG configuration expertise.
