Senior Specialist - IT Strategy and Planning

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a diligent and strategic individual to join our team as a Senior Specialist - IT Strategy and Planning. In this role, you will support the development and implementation of IT strategies and plans that align with the company's vision and operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and documentation of IT strategic plans, roadmaps, and initiatives
• Collaborate with various IT and business units to gather requirements and align IT strategies with business needs
• Conduct research and analysis of emerging technologies and industry trends to support informed decision-making
• Monitor and report on the progress of IT strategic projects and initiatives
• Support performance measurement activities by defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) related to IT strategy
• Prepare presentations and reports for senior management on IT strategy and planning matters
• Participate in stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment and effective communication across teams
• Support risk assessment and mitigation activities related to IT strategy implementation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in IT strategy, planning, or related roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good knowledge of IT governance, architecture, and emerging technologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Experience with project management or relevant certifications is a plus
