Systems Administrator – Windows & VMware

We are seeking an experienced Systems Administrator – Windows & VMware with 8+ years of experience managing enterprise Windows Server and virtualization environments. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware/VCF, PowerShell, networking, backup, security, and production support .

Required Skills

• In-depth knowledge of Windows Server operating systems and services.
• Advance understanding of Active Directory, including group policy management and DNS.
• Experienced on virtualization technology like VMware and VCF components.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell for automation and management tasks.
• Troubleshooting skills for common hardware and software problems.
• Strong grasp of network infrastructure, including TCP/IP, DHCP, and DNS.
• Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex system and network issues.
• Knowledge of enterprise applications such as Exchange, Citrix, and SCCM.
• Ability to perform systems tasks, close VA/CR findings.
• Familiarity with security best practices, including patch management and access controls.
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills for team collaborations.
• Require to work on shifts.
