About The Role A leading, internationally accredited healthcare provider in UAE is expanding its high-acuity ICU, organ support and multidisciplinary critical care and is seeking a highly skilled Senior Critical Care Consultant to join its growing clinical team. Role Overview The successful candidate will work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary clinical environment supported by experienced consultants, nurses, allied health professionals and modern diagnostic and treatment infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead management of critically ill medical, surgical, trauma and postoperative patients in ICU
• Provide advanced organ support including ventilation, haemodynamic management, renal support coordination and sepsis care
• Perform critical care procedures such as airway management, central venous access and invasive monitoring according to privileges
• Coordinate multidisciplinary rounds with consultants, nurses, respiratory therapists, pharmacy and allied health teams
• Guide family communication, goals-of-care discussions and ethical decision-making
• Support ICU protocols, infection prevention, audit, simulation training and quality improvement

Requirements Applications are welcome from internationally trained Senior Critical Care Consultant candidates holding recognised qualifications such as:

• American Board certification in Critical Care Medicine
• UK CCT / FFICM / MRCP or FRCA pathway
• European Diploma in Intensive Care Medicine
• Royal College Certification (Canada)
• Australian CICM Fellowship
• Arab Board
• DM / DNB / FCPS or equivalent recognised specialist qualification
