𝗤𝗔 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 – 𝗟𝗜𝗠𝗦 & 𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿

We are looking for an experienced QA Project Manager with a strong pharmaceutical / biotechnology / life sciences background, particularly across LIMS and Waters Empower projects. Located close to Berlin, so someone from Central Europe

Requirements:

✅ 7+ years of project management experience , preferably in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or regulated life sciences

✅ Proven experience managing LIMS projects in a pharmaceutical environment

✅ Hands-on project management experience with Waters Empower / Empower CDS projects

✅ Understanding of laboratory IT systems and laboratory workflows

✅ Experience working in a GxP-regulated environment

✅ Experience with GxP / CSV / CSA

✅ Experience with Smartsheet or comparable project management tools

✅ Ability to manage multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously

✅ Strong experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams

✅ Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation and organizational skills
