Job description
Focus Engineering is currently looking for multiple Lead Electrical Design Engineers for clients active in the maritime/offshore industry in the Amsterdam region.
This position concerns a permanent employment opportunity directly with our client.
Our client is a leading international system integrator in the maritime industry. They are responsible for the complete design and integration of all automated and electrical systems for complex maritime platforms, including luxury yachts, naval vessels, and submarines. They are known for high-end technical challenges, multidisciplinary engineering teams, and innovation.
Required experience:
- Electrical engineering for system integration on board ships
- Experience in the maritime industry
- Experience with software programs such as EPLAN and AutoCAD
- Experience with calculations, component selection, and Bills of Materials (BOM)
